Seminar Guide: This exclusive seminar will be given by Anastasiia Ilina (Ukraine)! A SPECIAL YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS AS A DANCER! Anastasiia Ilina is a nine-time world champion in modern dance sport and only started performing contortion about 3 years ago at an age way above 20. During this special seminar she is going to share her knowledge and experience with you, as well as give advices onhow to become more flexible and how to improve your body capabilities. This seminar class is for dancers with different stretching background and even for those without it.
